Introduction to the Course & Establishing the Aim

  • Overview of the 13 Steps and the importance of "Knowing" and "Activity"
  • Initial LMS worksheet on articulating a vital aim
  • Homework: Identify the Condition of Life that aligns with the chosen aim


WEEK 2
Step 1 – Articulate Your Aims for Each Condition of Life™

  • Exercise: Setting precise aims within a Condition of Life
  • Group Discussion: Reflect on individual conditions, chosen aims, and vital measures
  • Homework: Draft personal aims in alignment with the Condition of Life


WEEK 3
Step 2 – Evidence the State of Mind of an Ambitious Adult & Prove Fitness

  • Worksheet: Evidence through ‘knowing’ (organizing acts) and prove fit (willingness to act) for the achievement of your vital aim.
  • Accountability: Group dashboard updates
  • Homework: Build your case with evidence and proof - Make your case consequently.


WEEK 4
Step 3 – Demonstrate Accurate Thinking in General Knowledge

  • Activity: Research and expand general knowledge relevant to your aim
  • Group Activity: Share findings and insights in breakout groups
  • Homework: Journal reflection on general knowledge gained

MONTH 2

Development of Accurate Thinking and Specialization


WEEK 5
Step 4 – Demonstrate Accurate Thinking in Specialized Knowledge

  • Exercise: Identify areas requiring specialized knowledge
  • Homework: Develop a learning plan to acquire specialized knowledge


WEEK 6
Step 5 – Identify Personality and Behaving Transactionally™

  • Workshop: Know and practice personal transactional behavior
  • Homework: Inquiry: Analyze recent situations of effective or flawed transactional application


WEEK 7
Step 6 – Articulate Solutions to a Substantial Breakdown

  • Worksheet: Identify breakdowns within your Condition of Life
  • Group Discussion: Share and discuss solutions
  • Homework: MAP or develop proactive strategies for identified breakdowns


WEEK 8
Step 6 & 7 – Specify Ecology and Specify Your Customer

  • Activity: Clarify and define the ecology in which your “customer” (stakeholders, clients, or self) transacts
  • Homework: MAP or develop your (narrative) approach to engaging the specific ecology and articulating the specific customers needs/wants.

MONTH 3

Building Transactional Tools and Applying Concentration


WEEK 9
Step 8 – Invent the Transaction - MAP or Develop a Cycle Outline

  • Worksheet: MAP (COT) or develop the moves and phases of the transaction cycle
  • Homework: Test and modify with teams and/or committed group


WEEK 10
Step 9 & 10 – Levers of Influence, Apply Concentration and Focus

  • Group Activity: Strategies for maintaining concentration focal clarity
  • Homework: Practice concentration techniques and report results


WEEK 11
Step 11 – Build and Expand Influence Ecologies and Cooperation

  • Activity: Identify influence ecologies needed or wanted for the achievement of your aim
  • Homework: MAP or develop PSTI to engage (transact ambitiously) with potential critical ecologies, key individuals & groups, build supporters and nurture networks


WEEK 12
Step 12 – Study the Environment and The Current

  • Worksheet: Analyze the Current environment impacting your aim
  • Group Reflection: Discuss findings on environmental factors

MONTH 4

Finalizing the Transaction Cycle and Reinvention


WEEK 13
Step 13 – Plan for Inquiry and Reinvention

  • Worksheet: PSTI - Establish plans for ongoing assessment and reinvention
  • Homework: Outline future checkpoints for your aim
  • The next semester of “Knowing and Applying the 13 Steps”


WEEK 14
Step 13 – Reviewing and Refining the 13-Step Process

  • Activity: Share progress and insights gained across steps
  • Group Discussion: Celebrate successes and identify growth areas


WEEK 15
Presentations and Next Steps

  • Participant Presentations: Share outcomes and next steps
