Who can join a Mastermind Group?

Mastermind Groups are for ambitious professionals who are ready to do whatever it takes to grow and improve and have a willingness to give and receive advice. Members who have the best success with Mastermind Peer-Groups have a basic understanding of our framework.
When do Mastermind Groups begin?

When you sign up for a peer group, your Client Manager will help coordinate the exact date and time for when your group kicks off. Your Mastermind will typically begin 4-6 weeks after purchase.
How many people are in each Group?

We keep groups relatively small, around 8 to 10 people, in order to foster connection and make sure everyone has a chance to participate.
Who will be in my Group?

Members are placed into groups based on several common factors, including time zones, career stage, team size and goals.
Will my Group consist of the same people every call?

Yes! In an effort to build connection and trust, we try to keep groups consistent. So the people in your group will most likely stay the same throughout your membership.
What type of career professionals are represented in Mastermind Groups?

Business professionals from all industries, occupations, countries, and cultures participate.
Where do Mastermind Groups meet?

Mastermind Groups are held virtually via Zoom.
Who will lead my Mastermind Group?

Mastermind Groups are led by our trained faculty who are experts in the Influential U framework. The faculty foster an environment where the group can share advice, accountability and support while guiding conversation through the lens of the Influential U principles.
What happens during an Mastermind Group call?

During a typical Mastermind Group call, everyone shares a win from the past couple of weeks. Everyone also shares a challenge they're dealing with in their business, and the faculty and fellow Mastermind Peer-Group members weigh in and offer perspective, ideas and advice. The call wraps up with everyone planning specific aims for the next two weeks.
What about confidentiality?

When someone joins a Mastermind Peer-Group, they agree to keep information they hear on calls confidential—and members take trust very seriously.
What is included?

Two monthly group zoom calls, led by a Influential U Faculty
Twice a month, you’ll meet with your group of 8-10 business professionals along with Influential U faculty. Each call takes place on Zoom and lasts 75 minutes. During a typical Mastermind Group call, everyone shares a win from the past couple of weeks. Everyone also shares a challenge they're dealing with in their business, and the faculty plus fellow group members weigh in and offer perspective, ideas and advice. The call wraps up with everyone planning specific aims for the next two weeks.

Access to a content library with video lessons from our Founders and Faculty
From your online dashboard, you’ll be able to search for video lessons on topics such as influence, communication, time management, personality, strategy, and more. You’ll also have access to tools and work sheets to help you implement what you’re learning.

Yes! We offer special discounts for Mastermind Peer-Group members who want to attend our conferences.
What if I don’t like my group?

We always do our best to match group members, but occasionally things don’t work out as planned. We want you to have the best possible experience in your Mastermind Group, so if don’t feel like your group is the right fit, we'll certainly work on a solution with you.
