Summit 2024 Auckland

No accommodations are included for the Auckland Summit. If you are traveling, consider staying in nearby hotels or vacation rentals.

Global Conference 2025 Ojai

No accommodations are included with the Global Conference ticket; however, we have secured a highly discounted block of rooms.

The Ojai Valley Inn is a 220-acre property, and we can’t say enough about the value of being together in this prestigious location.

We typically include a buffet breakfast—or—boxed lunch on the days of the sessions. (location dependent)

We offer snacks during mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks.
Some social mixers will include hors d'oeuvres.

Our Global Conference includes our Annual Flagship Dinner.

We are typically in session from 9 am to 5 pm local time for conferences and summits. Each session is 60 to 90 minutes. Each day includes a 30-minute mid-morning break, a 90-minute lunch, and a 30-minute mid-afternoon break.

Depending on the event or venue, tickets typically include buffet breakfasts, break-time snacks, one group dinner, and a group mixer. Other mixers or excursions are not included in your tickets and may be purchased separately. In some cases, a cash bar is available for cocktails. These are detailed in a preparatory course placed in your learner dashboard once registered.

We can’t say enough about the value of social time with other attendees. In fact, first-time attendees participate in a tradition that allows them to meet and connect with many others.

Yes. Our ticket prices may vary by tier and availability.

Each venue is specifically contracted to accommodate a limited number of attendees. When a tier or venue is sold out, this will be announced.

Where virtual attendance is included, there is no limit.

Typically, we close in-person tickets 30 - 60 days in advance. We have a limited supply of tickets by tier or venue. So don’t wait! Reserve your seat before you miss your chance.

Definitely! We encourage you to bring your partner or senior leadership team to the conference. Having your key team members participate can significantly enhance the alignment and momentum of your business as everyone gains and shares the same insights.

You are welcome to bring special guests, spouses, or colleagues to specific conference segments in person or virtually. These include the first and last sessions of the conference. They may also be included in socials, excursions, or dinners (note that participants or their guests are responsible for any applicable fees).

Please note that guests can attend the conference sessions only during these specific times and events. This ensures that all attendees may focus and engage deeply with the conference material and activities.

Occasionally, our conferences feature special events, mixers, or excursions not covered by the conference tuition. These activities will require a nominal fee separate from the main conference costs.
