Even though I was on zoom - I have come away from this conference with a MUCH greater understanding of not only what are my transactional strengths are as a performer - but what they are NOT. And applying those strategies adopted from other personality types helped take my personal and career aims to a record breaking fast next level. This conference felt very collaborative and supportive - and I loved every minute - even with my zoomers. I know there is likely a different experience being in person - but I must underscore how AMAZING the zoom experience is - special shout out to Joey as well - his calm and cool demeanor kept everything in perfect flow. Thank you Kirkland and John and Marne and Liz and Josh!!!! Another extraordinary experience!!!

As an esteemed alumna and a woman of color in academia, I want to emphasize the immense value of attending the Annual Member Conference, even virtually. Life circumstances have sometimes prevented me from attending in person, but the ability to join via Zoom has been a transformative experience. This study has sharpened my transactional fitness and helped me create an environment where my online participation is just as impactful as being there physically. Through pair and group sharing and practical exercises in two previous Virtuals, the outcomes set the tone for my career aims over the next six months. The conference isn’t just a week of information; it’s a grounding experience that equips me for long-term success. There is nothing academic about it! I’m happier, my relationships are more fulfilling, and I’ve maintained a surplus of money—all of which I directly attribute to the collaborative learning process that happens even virtually during the conferences.

As always an outstanding event, but this one reached new levels. I am constantly amazed at how you smash it out of the park, thank you for everything, and thanks for creating my own personal board!

Again and again, I find tremendous value in participating with Influential U, their participants, and the staff. The straight feedback, continuous learning, pushing of edges, testing premises, and creation of new ways to create pathways to satisfaction are refreshing in a world too often littered with presumption and looking good.
