Confidentiality and Nondisclosure

This policy applies to all Influential U programs, events, and offerings — including curriculum programs, TQ Navigator™ (TQX) events, subscriptions, and any other format in which participants engage with Influential U's content or with each other.

By enrolling or registering, you agree to these terms.

1. Influential U’s Proprietary Materials

Everything Influential U provides to you — including written materials, frameworks, assessments, recordings, digital downloads, session content, and presentations — is proprietary and protected by copyright and other applicable law.

Your license is personal and non-transferable. You may use these materials for your own learning. You may not:

• Share, lend, distribute, or provide access to these materials to any other person
• Reproduce, copy, or adapt them in whole or in part
• Use them as part of any training program, curriculum, or commercial offering
• Incorporate them into any educational or business product
• Use them to train, fine-tune, or build any artificial intelligence system or model

This restriction applies during and after your participation. It extends beyond copyright law where applicable.

If Influential U grants written permission to share specific materials with household family members, those individuals are bound by the same terms you agreed to.

2. What You Share

In the course of the program — whether in a live event, a virtual session, written assignments, group discussions, or any other format — you may choose to share personal, professional, or business information with other participants and facilitators.

You take full responsibility for what you choose to share.

Influential U does not guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of information you disclose in group settings. You are encouraged to be thoughtful and deliberate about what you share. Do not disclose anything that would be harmful if made public.

3. What Others Share

Other participants will share personal and professional information in the course of the program. Some of that information may be sensitive — including details about their businesses, transactions, relationships, and professional circumstances.

You agree to:

• Keep all such information confidential
• Not disclose, repeat, or share it with anyone outside the program
• Not use it for any commercial, professional, or personal purpose
• Not publish, post, or otherwise make it public in any form

This obligation applies to information shared verbally, in writing, or in any other format, during and after the program. It survives the end of your participation with no expiration.

4. Online and Digital Environments

If any portion of your program or event includes online sessions, recorded content, a participant portal, or other digital formats, the terms of this policy apply in full.

Although access to online environments may be password-protected, Influential U does not guarantee the security or confidentiality of any information shared or accessed digitally. Participants are responsible for the information they post, submit, or share in any digital environment provided by Influential U.

5. If You Breach These Terms

A breach of this policy — including unauthorized disclosure of IU proprietary materials or of information shared by other participants — causes real harm.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Influential U, its officers, directors, managers, agents, and employees from any damages, losses, claims, or legal costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your breach of this policy.

6. Duration

Your obligations under this policy begin when you enroll or register and continue for as long as the materials remain proprietary or the information shared by others remains non-public.

There is no expiration on your obligation to protect what other participants shared with you.
