Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy governs all refund, withdrawal, transfer, and payment-related matters for Influential U programs and offerings.
Questions regarding this policy must be directed to the Office of Admissions via LiveChat or support email. Client Managers, faculty, and program leaders are not authorized to approve or modify refunds, withdrawals, or transfers.
How Tuition Works
Influential U programs are capacity-based, instructor-led educational programs. When you enroll, we allocate instructional staff, resources, and program capacity specifically for you. As a result, tuition is earned over time and is not dependent on your attendance, participation level, or completion.
All participants are subject to the earned-tuition model described in their signed Program Agreement and Program Schedule.
Non-Refundable Deposit
All programs require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward your total tuition. The deposit amount is specified in your Program Schedule. It is never refundable, regardless of withdrawal date, participation level, or reason.
Refund Calculation — Curriculum Programs
If you withdraw or are removed from a curriculum program before completion, any refund is calculated as:
Refund = Tuition Paid – Tuition Earned
Tuition is earned according to the earned-tuition schedule in your Program Schedule. If the tuition you have paid is less than the amount earned, you remain responsible for paying the balance. Influential U may pursue collection of unpaid tuition at its discretion.
No Refunds After Program Threshold
Once a program reaches the earned-tuition threshold specified in your Program Schedule — typically after the third scheduled session begins — no refunds are issued, full tuition is earned, and payment obligations remain in effect regardless of attendance, participation, or completion.
Program Transfers — Curriculum Programs
Transfers are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Office of Admissions. If a transfer is approved:
- Previously applied discounts may be forfeited
- Any price difference must be paid at the time of transfer
- Earned tuition is not refunded or credited
Claims of confusion, misunderstanding, or lack of clarity regarding program structure or obligations do not create eligibility for refunds or transfers.
Substitutions
Unless expressly permitted in writing by Influential U, program participation may not be transferred or substituted to another individual. This restriction does not apply where otherwise specified in program-specific policies.
TQ Navigator™ — Refund & Registration Policy
The TQ Navigator™ is a live, in-person working environment with limited capacity. Each registration reserves a seat in a specific Navigator session and contributes to maintaining a focused, effective working environment.
Refunds
Tuition for the TQ Navigator™ is non-refundable. Once a registration is completed, no refunds or credits are issued, regardless of attendance, participation, or change in circumstances.
Registration Assignment and Transfers
All Navigator registrations must be assigned to a named participant in advance. Single-Navigator registrations may be reassigned to a qualified individual, provided the request is made in advance and capacity allows.
Annual Navigator Passes include four (4) Navigator registrations that may be assigned across one or more participants and Navigator dates within the valid period.
All assignments and reassignments must be completed in advance, are subject to availability and capacity, and are not permitted once a Navigator session has reached capacity or after the Navigator session has begun. On-site substitutions are not permitted.
Capacity and Attendance
Attendance at each Navigator session is subject to strict capacity limits. Early confirmation is strongly recommended, particularly for Annual Navigator Pass holders.
The TQ Navigator™ is designed to support real work over time. While registrations are non-refundable, assignment guidelines are intended to offer reasonable flexibility while preserving the integrity, balance, and effectiveness of the Navigator environment.
Subscriptions (e.g., Thrive)
- Subscription products are non-refundable
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
- Access continues through the end of the paid billing period
- Subscriptions may be managed or canceled through your account at influentialu.store
Coaching, Mastermind, and Specialized Programs
Unless otherwise stated in writing, tuition for coaching, mastermind, and specialized programs is non-refundable. Participation is optional, but payment obligations remain in effect once enrollment is confirmed.
Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes. If Influential U is required to pay taxes on your behalf due to non-payment or error, you agree to reimburse Influential U and indemnify Influential U against any related claims, penalties, or interest.
No Exceptions; Final Sales
All purchases are considered final unless expressly addressed in this policy. Claims of misunderstanding, scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, or changes in personal circumstances do not entitle participants to refunds or credits.
Governing Documents
This policy operates in conjunction with your Influential U Program Agreement and Program Schedule. In the event of a conflict, your signed Program Agreement governs.
