These policies apply to all refund, transfer, and substitution requests. This includes requests initiated because of any changes to an event by Influential U. If you have questions about these policies, please contact our Office of Admissions via LiveChat. Your Client Manager is not authorized to address this policy or act on your behalf concerning cancellations, refunds, or transfers.

Conference or Summit (“Conference”) Ticket Refund Requests

• The first $500 paid is fully non-refundable and non-transferable.
• More than 180 days before the event: You can receive up to a 50% refund of the total tuition contracted, less $500.
• 91 days to 180 days before the event: You can receive up to a 30% refund of the total tuition contracted, less $500.
• 90 days or less before the event: Your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Conference or Summit (“Conference”) Ticket Transfer Requests

• More than 180 days before the event: You can transfer 100% of the purchase price paid less $500 to a different Influential U Conference starting within 12 months after the end date of the Conference you originally purchased. For the new Conference, you will pay a $500 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit plus any difference in ticket cost and applicable taxes and fees.
• 91-180 days before the event: You can transfer 70% of the purchase price paid less $500 to a different Influential U Conference starting within 12 months after the end date of the Conference you originally purchased. For the new Conference, you will pay a $500 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit plus any difference in ticket cost and applicable taxes and fees.
• 90 days or less before the event: Your ticket is non-transferable.
• Influential U Conference tickets can only be transferred once.

Elite Retreat
Tuitions for Elite Retreats are fully non-refundable and non-transferable. You may transfer the ticket to a qualified person (graduate of MAP or higher) to attend the event, which you cannot.

Substitutions
If you’re unable to attend an event, you can gift your ticket to another person with the condition that you notify our Office of Admissions at least 35 days before the event is scheduled to begin. There will be no penalty or transfer fee associated with this transaction.

Thrive Subscriptions, Mastermind, and Coach
All Thrive subscriptions are non-refundable, recurring, and will renew automatically until you cancel them.

Mastermind and Coach tuitions are fully non-refundable.

You are solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency. In the event you fail to satisfy your tax and/or duty obligations herein, you shall reimburse Influential U upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on your behalf and shall defend, indemnify and hold Influential U harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from your failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.

Cancellation Policy
You acknowledge that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription by logging into Influentialu.store and canceling your subscription from your account. Your subscription will be canceled, and your access will terminate upon the expiration of that paid subscription period. Your store account is private, and Influential U may not cancel your subscription on your behalf. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your subscription.

Subscription Terms
Influential U provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service or participating in any of our programs, you have confirmed that you read and accept this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Confidentiality Policy.

Curriculum Programs Refund Policy
Participant understands and agrees that a portion of any initial payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Program non-refundable deposits are as follows:

Tuition Agreement payment options may extend past the fourth session. After session three, you agree to pay all your tuition invoices whether you complete the Program or not. Tuitions are due as invoiced and are subject to collections or credit reporting for late or non-payment.

Prior to session three, Company may refund a portion of the tuition if Participant has paid tuition in excess of the tuition owed.

For all Program Participants, the tuition owed is as follows:

• Prior to first scheduled Zoom session: 25% of Tuition Contracted
• Prior to second scheduled Zoom session: 50% of Tuition Contracted
• Prior to third scheduled Zoom session: 75% of Tuition Contracted

If you are a MAP / MAP2 participant, you will be registered into the Mid-Year Summit/s and Annual Conference/s (“Conference”) associated with the dates of your Program. There is no refund or credit available if you choose not to attend or if you choose to switch from in-person to virtual attendance.

Conference Terms and Conditions

• Conference content and exercises are sequential and experiential in nature, and as such, missing any portion of the conference may impact the intended outcome.
• Tuitions do not include travel, accommodations, or airport transfers.
• Tuitions do not include food and beverage unless otherwise posted on the official schedule for that conference (e.g., buffet breakfast, snacks, etc.).
• Social mixers vary, and excursions, food, beverages, and transport are not included in your tuition unless otherwise posted.
• For any special sessions, guest lectures, Founder Studies, etc., admittance and seating are subject to availability. This bonus training (if provided) is created and intended for in-person Conference attendees.
• Some portions of the Conference are restricted and only accessible to MAP and/or MAP2 level participants.
• Guests are welcome for limited portions of the Conference or social mixers and will not be admitted in special sessions, guest lectures, Founder Studies, etc. Active and Inactive customers of Influential U may only attend Conferences as paid participants and not as guests.
• Participants claiming confusion or unclarity about which Conferences they are registered to attend do not earn the right to refunds or transfers. Those who postpone their MAP or MAP2 start date are subject to these terms and conditions.
• No-show tuition is fully non-refundable and non-transferable.

Everything Else

• All sales not outlined above are final.
