Announcing Influence Ecology’s Newest Partner, Liz Smiley

The result of hard work, dedication, and a strong understanding of Transactional Competence, Liz Smiley exemplifies everything that we stand for here at Influence Ecology. Her actions have not gone unnoticed, and we’re excited to announce she has been made partner. She joins Co-Founders Kirkland Tibbels, John Patterson, and partners CFO Darryl Anderle and Vice President, Drew Knowles.

Liz has been working with Influence Ecology for the majority of the company’s history. She exemplifies the producer’s personality.

She has managed or coordinated training for thousands of people internationally and has been responsible for the training, development, and management of hundreds of leaders, managers, and mentors.

Today, Liz’s primary responsibilities are admissions, orientation, and records for all programs and the production of all live events and conferences.

Launched in 2009, Influence Ecology is headquartered in Ventura County, CA. Additional faculty resides in Australia and New Zealand.

Liz, her husband, and her son and live in Ventura, CA.
