The Elite Retreat was an ideal event to come together with committed fellow students of transactional competence to inquire again into the question of "What does it take to construct and live a good life?" The variety of perspectives and expertise that we have available to us is incredible.

The best part about the Elite Retreat is being fellow participants who have become amazing friends over my 12 years of participation. I am reminded of who I am - the ambitious me - when I spend time with these amazing people.

Our week in Greece at the 2023 Elite Retreat was one of the best travel and sociality experiences my husband and I have ever experienced. The local was perfect; It was first class, quiet, secluded, and provided a wonderful variety of foods with the breakfast and dinners. The conference room itself was intimate and professional. Our bedroom was clean, well decorated and had a view of the Aegean Sea (which was just outside the hotel.) Our fellow attendees were from all over the world and had traveled in from or were heading out to other adventures! All in all perfect for an Elite Retreat.

After a few years of being away from Influence U and their remarkable curricula, attending the Elite Retreat provided me with a perfect launch pad to articulate aims and devise strategies for their implementation.
